Jesse Nigrin and I had the privilege of attending a two-day "Critical Conversations" workshop at Towson University, hosted by the Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute. Under the guidance of Dr. Michael Burchell, we explored key skills for navigating critical conversations, including effective listening, behavioral awareness, and taking ownership of challenges. Through practical applications and hands-on exercises, we gained valuable insights that will enhance both our professional and personal interactions.
