Miles earned his B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in English from Washington and Lee University, where he was a standout on the Men’s Tennis team and received the Chaffin Debate Award. Hank joined us in July 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in both commercial and residential real estate. Hank earned his B.A. in History with a minor in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2017, and he graduated cum laude from SMU’s Dedman School of Law in 2020. His academic journey also included the prestigious Oxford Summer Program in 2018, which broadened his perspective on international legal issues. Before joining Cherry Petersen Albert, Hank built a strong foundation in the real estate sector through his work in the commercial and residential title industries. He began his legal career at a boutique real estate firm in Dallas, Texas, where he honed his skills in lease negotiations, property management, and tenant relations.
