It’s the final day of #WICWeek, and we saved the best for last — our hardworking construction intern, Aubrey DeBolt! ?? Aubrey joined C. Herman Construction as a Sustainable Materials and Technology major from NC State, interning with our Charlotte team last summer before spending the school year working with our Raleigh project teams. With no prior construction background, she quickly discovered her passion for the industry and project management. Now, as she prepares to graduate in May, Aubrey is officially pursuing a career in construction project management and we couldn’t be more thrilled! Watching her growth over the past year has been an inspiration, and we’re proud to have played a part in introducing her to the industry. Herman Construction— Kaili Rich, our Preconstruction Manager, and Taylor Pitts, CPA, our Controller! Kaili is instrumental in the early stages of our projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, estimating, and planning to set our teams up for success. Taylor oversees accounting operations, bringing precision and strategy to keep our company strong and growing. Today was an amazing day at the Lowcountry Heart Walk! Our team went above and beyond, tripling our goal and raising over $15,500 (and still counting!) for the American Heart Association of South Carolina. We had our biggest team yet, with C.
