Today, team members at our Chen Senior Medical Center in Tamarac, Florida honored our senior veterans. Some of these veterans included a 95-year-old WW2 veteran, several Vietnam Veterans, and an 86-year-old Holocaust survivor and daughter of a WW1 veteran. ChenMed's Chief Purpose Officer, Stephanie Chen, and Chief Market Operations Officer, Hernando Celada, were also present to celebrate and honor our patient veterans. We partnered with VET FORCE 1 to help veterans and surviving spouses of veterans receive a tax-free VA benefit credit called Aid & Assistance. The credit can go towards assistance with meal preparations, housekeeping services, and other daily living assistance.
