We are proud to team up with the Louisiana and Texas chapters of the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA). We recently joined CCA in southern Louisiana for the installation of new artificial reefs, which we helped fund. These artificial reefs will provide habitats for marine life, promote biodiversity and improve recreational and commercial fishing opportunities. The Cheniere Foundation has contributed $270,000 to the Louisiana and Texas CCA chapters since 2019 to help support the conservation and restoration of our coastal marine resources.

Cheniere Energy, Inc. today announced second quarter 2024 results, which were driven by the team’s focus on safety, operational excellence, project execution and financial discipline. ? Our outstanding results, coupled with an improved production outlook for the second half of the year, support our increased and tightened full year guidance ranges for both Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA and Distributable Cash Flow. ? Our strong financial performance enabled us to deploy an additional $1.2 billion toward shareholder returns, balance sheet management and accretive growth during the quarter, bringing total cash deployed toward our ‘20/20 Vision’ capital allocation program to over $11 billion. In June, we announced a $4 billion increase to our share repurchase authorization through 2027 and a planned ~15% increase to our 3Q 2024 dividend later this year(4). ? On the growth front, our CCL Stage 3 project remains ahead of schedule, and we continue to target first LNG from Train 1 by the end of this year. In June, our CCL Midscale Trains 8 & 9 project received a positive Environmental Assessment from FERC, and we continue to make progress on the commercialization of our SPL Expansion Project, including the recent signing of a 20-year SPA with Galp, the Portuguese energy company, expected to support the second train of the project. ?
