    Recipe Spotlight! Cinnamon Custard and Fruit 4 teaspoons cornstarch 1/4 cup water 4 cups reduced-fat (2%) milk, divided 4 medium egg yolks 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 cup sugar 1?2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 16 fresh strawberries and blueberries 8 sprigs fresh mint 1. Dissolve cornstarch in water in medium bowl. Add 2 cups milk, 4 egg yolks, vanilla, sugar and cinnamon. Whisk to combine. Set aside. 2. Heat remaining 2 cups milk in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and lower heat. 3. Slowly stir cold milk mixture into hot milk in saucepan. Cook approximately 20 to 25 minutes until mixture thickens to the consistency of a very thick sauce. 4.
