Job Description: We are on the lookout for an experienced Technical Architect (Level III or higher) to join our team as a Discipline Coordination Reviewer. This vital role involves deep engagement with integrated building systems within construction documents, managing complexities across structural, MEP, civil, and landscape disciplines. If you’re adept at navigating technical documentation and thrive in a collaborative, remote environment, we want you! Key Responsibilities: -Conduct comprehensive reviews of architectural drawings through all project phases. -Coordinate multiple scopes, identify conflicts between disciplines, and spot documentation gaps. -Uphold and advance architectural standards and best practices. Required Qualifications: -Architectural registration (preferred); Professional degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering. -At least 10 years of experience focusing on technical documentation and construction administration. -Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu with exceptional communication and management skills.
