    I often get asked how Checkmate posts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube over 300 times a month ?? .?It’s a mix of strategy, speed, and a lot of scrolling! Here are the 5 steps that make it happen: Step?1?? Sourcing Content - We find UGC content creators organically by scouting Instagram and TikTok’s Explore and For You pages, looking for talent that aligns with Checkmate’s brands and goals. We spot creators who are already making the kind of content we’re looking for, so these partnerships feel authentic from the start. Once we discover the right fit, we check their profile bios for contact emails and reach out directly to start the partnership. We have reached out to hundreds of creators so don't be discouraged if they don't get back to you. Step 2?? Creator Submissions - From our outreach, we work with about 10-15 creators who make a significant portion of our social content. Every two weeks, our social team meets with them to break down ideas & live metrics—what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next. They workshop content ideas, track trends, and refine how each creator approaches their content. Step?3?? Curated Content Creation -The social team also creates Collection Guides—curated static posts designed in Canva and Figma that highlight trending moments, like ‘Coachella & Stagecoach outfit inspo’ or ‘What perfume to buy based on your zodiac sign.’ This allows us to create a high volume of content and varied content. Step?4?? Content Calendar & Scheduling - We use?monday.com?to organize our content calendar. Creators send in 1-3 videos weekly, and our social team reviews and schedules them across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. They also schedule 3-5 Collection Guides per week. Step 5?? Posting - While we use a content calendar to plan and schedule our posts, everything is actually posted manually 3-5 per day. Trending audios and concepts change daily, so posting manually gives us the flexibility to utilize new audios and concepts. For example, when Kendrick’s flared jeans became a post-Super Bowl conversation, the team was on it. A couple of hours later, we had an Instagram carousel up of the best flared jeans, bringing 10,000+ new eyes to Checkmate. We’ve found the balance between structure and flexibility, posting at scale while keeping engagement high.
