?? Give to the Max for Healthier Communities! ?? Give to the Max started in 2009 as a one-time campaign to mark the launch of GiveMN.org, Minnesota's digital home for generosity. The results from that first day were incredible -- $14 million raised in just 24 hours! The campaign keeps growing and donors have given more than $300 million to more than 14,000 nonprofits and schools to date! On Give to the Max Day, your donation to Creating Healthier Communities (CHC) will help us build a stronger, healthier future for all Minnesotans. Your support fuels programs that promote wellness, education, and access to essential resources. ?? Every dollar counts! ?? Together, we can create healthier communities where everyone thrives. In #Minnesota, CHC represents over 50+ high-impact nonprofits that are working to address barriers to good health. ?? ?? The 2024 March of Dimes Report Card is a crucial reminder of the work still needed to improve #MaternalChildHealth across the country. Since 2008, March of Dimes has been advocating for better outcomes for moms and babies. In 2023, over 370,000 babies were born preterm, making up 10.4% of all births. This earned the U.S. a D+ grade for the third consecutive year. CHC is proud to partner with March of Dimes and our other incredible #nonprofit partners who are making a difference in communities across the U.S. Read the report: https://lnkd.in/e4u6z8-3 #MaternalHealth #PublicHealth #CommunityHealth #CHCPartner
