    CPL Market Report Update! ?? Last week brought strong purchase prices with increased volume in both condo and house deals. Total deal volume was also up overall compared to the prior week, with high-end properties leading the way: about 20% of deals over $2M, and 10% topping $3M! Both Manhattan and Brooklyn saw median prices climb with Manhattan having an almost $300,000 increase.     Sales isn’t supposed to be easy. Take it from my mentor and serial entrepreneur, Jesse Itzler, who sold his private aviation company, Marquis Jets, to Warren Buffett in 2010. When speaking to his sales team, Itzler emphasized that pushback on pricing and fees is something to expect from customers. Why wouldn’t a customer challenge you on pricing?
