Please join us in celebrating Bart Lea’s well-deserved retirement after 35 dedicated years at Chattanooga Boiler and Tank. He has been a cornerstone of our team, consistently demonstrating exceptional expertise and playing a pivotal role on various projects. ? Bart’s 35-year career with CBT is defined by his effectiveness as a Project Manager. His organizational skills and attention to detail enable him to handle the “difficult projects.” The field foremen are always excited to be assigned to one of Bart’s jobs. Bart enjoys reminiscing about his successful projects with customers such as BASF, Eastman Chemical, Dupont, Flour, Bechtel, Celanese, Dow Chemical, Kiewit, Croda, WMATA, and many more. ? Bart’s final project is one of CBT’s largest to date, for Graphic Packaging in Waco, Texas. The project’s success has been defined by Bart’s ability to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders and always stay proactive. We deeply appreciate that he will continue managing this project after his retirement in order to ensure it is completed smoothly. ? Around the office, Bart is known for telling stories and sharing new recipes with his colleagues. He is always willing to lend a helping hand and offer assistance when needed. While he will obviously be missed, we are excited for him to embark on this new chapter. We wish him and his wife all the best in a happy and fulfilling retirement!
