Chatham Construction Co. finished a 5,500 square foot tenant buildout for a counseling and recovery center. We converted two suites including a former SunTrust bank and a kitchen & bath company into one large space for our client. The scope of work included a complete demolition of both interior spaces, new open ceiling concept for an industrial look, new offices, a full gym with rubber flooring, new epoxy flooring, new wood flooring and much more. We repurposed the old bank vault as well.

Chatham Construction completed the renovations to this 100,000 square-foot occupied assisted living facility. Our team took great care and strategic planning to minimize disruptions to the residents and staff, particularly in the memory care wing of the facility. Renovations included new ACT on all four floors, painting, lighting, wallpaper, and restroom renovations. Additional upgrades were made to the bistro, salon, country kitchens, memory care kitchen, activity rooms, living / dining areas, beverage, lobbies, elevators, and memory care living areas.
