While attending the 43rd?Annual Recreation Experience Community Network conference at the Nemacolin Resort in Pennsylvania,?our very own Jessie Decker, Director of Training and Employee Engagement, was awarded the coveted Debbie Regnone Service Award. This is a very special award, in fact, their top award, and it’s named for one of the “original eight” founding members of the association.?This award is awarded to an individual who has?been a long-standing member, active in the association, and most importantly an individual who demonstrates a living passion for recreation, hospitality, and people. The recipient makes a positive impact on others in the industry through sharing of ideas,?being a role model, advancing ideas and executing those ideas, and?bringing fun and excitement to people.?Jessie does she does indeed embody those very qualifications for the award.
