What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these? Reflecting on my journey, three qualities stand out: indomitable resourcefulness, belief in oneself, and curiosity. Indomitable resourcefulness is a trait that often comes from facing adversity head-on. It’s about navigating through darkness, uncertainty, and even failure with unwavering determination. The ability to find solutions, no matter how limited your resources may be, is crucial. It’s about making magic out of seemingly impossible situations, embracing frugal innovation, and bouncing back with resilience. Belief in oneself is essential. Confidence is built through small wins and reinforced by surrounding yourself with a supportive network of mentors, advisors, and champions who believe in your vision. But ultimately, it’s about cultivating self-love and trust in your abilities, even when life knocks you off course. Curiosity fuels growth. It’s about approaching life with wonder and openness, ready to learn, adapt, and grow. My children continue to teach me the importance of seeing the world through untainted eyes, where everything is possible, abundant, and waiting to be explored. Embracing curiosity allows us to reimagine the present and the future, shedding biases and beliefs to uncover new opportunities for growth and innovation."
