? This weekend, the sold-out 11th Annual Chartway Norfolk Harbor Half Marathon brought our community together for something truly special. We were thrilled to announce two incredible moments: Ty’Asia’s Disney World adventure during Saturday’s 5K celebration and Noel’s Carnival Cruise surprise at Sunday’s 10K and Half Marathon. These moments were made possible by the Chartway Promise Foundation, Toby's Dream Foundation, and the incredible generosity of J&A Racing Inc, who donated $6,725 during the event.
