It was a blast for our team to attend #FracVend. Thanks for having us Ben Aronowicz!
I always feel nervous before I host a new event. I was comically on edge planning #FracVend. #FracVend was everything I hoped: an evening of reciprocity and solidarity, not competition. SaaS Companies serving the HR function further developed empathy with their buyer and ecosystem partners. Fractionals and Founders furthered their efforts on deal flow, reputation, efficiency, and local community. We had over 25 Fractionals CHROs and Consultants come build rapport with the Partnership teams at Sequoia, Leapsome, Justworks, Remote, Deel, ChartHop, Brex, Hone, SkillCycle, Opre, Offsite, FELFEL NYC, Slido, Dover, and Pinpoint Applicant Tracking System!!! Want to also thank Lattice, Codi, and MBL Benefits Consulting, who could not make day of, but are no less part of the ecosystem we are fostering! Thank you time.... Huge thank you to Tim Frazier, Alan Stevenson, Leticia (Tita) Schacht and Christina Mills, and Janelle Gates for helping me validate and plan the vendor side of this event! Huge thank you to Fractional People People for helping me promote and coming out in true LFG fashion! Super proud of our team at Team Union for hosting a successful event on our first try! Our work chemistry is just super duper high. Lastly!! BIG THANK YOU to Lindsey Lerner, who immediately helped me secure Fabrik - a “third space” that has zero conference vibes - when in one of those “only in NYC” moments I learned the first place we “secured”…NEVER ACTUALLY EXISTED! Womp. If you haven't heard of Lindsay’s group, Generalist World ?? is a must explore for all my “Generalists”.
