At Charney we take fully integrated to the next level. The magic from Charney’s construction prowess spills over to our property management team; effectively allowing our property team to act as an inhouse GC for retail and office space buildouts. We recently had the opportunity to partner up with City Jiu Jitsu Academy and welcome them as a retail tenant at our Green House project in LIC. Our property management team worked together with City Jiu Jitsu Academy and in less than 2 months we transformed the space and built the gold standard for a Jiu Jitsu studio. It has been truly incredible and rewarding to see City Jiu Jitsu Academy success in such a short amount of time. Very grateful for the opportunity to partner up with Royce Chen and Daniel Paulino to build something special. I definitely encourage everyone to come check out City Jiu Jitsu Academy and do a class with these Jiu Jitsu legends!
