We're excited to share that our New Employee Orientation program recently reached a major milestone! This month, we launched the first-ever "One Water Orientation," bringing together newly hired water workers from Charlotte Water and Storm Water for a full day of learning and connection. Our new hires come from various divisions, including the Business Office, Customer Service, Field Operations, Environmental Management, and Storm Water Services Water Quality Program. Special thanks to Director Angela Charles, and trainers Zach Brady & Alexander Hayner, M.Ed. for leading the event.
