The topping out ceremony for The Library’s new Main Library went off without a hitch, despite the weather this morning! What is topping out? "Topping out" in construction refers to the moment when the final structural beam is placed at the highest point of a building, marking the completion of the building's structural frame. During the ceremony people got to sign the beam and see it raised and lifted into pace! We can’t wait for you to visit us when we are finished building this branch of our Library for YOU! Thank you to Rodgers Builders for the event and all of your hard work!
