    Holiday leftover? Take it or lose it! The end of the financial year is approaching, and if your holiday year aligns with it, now’s the time to check whether your team has any remaining leave and encourage them to use it. ?? At Charlie, we don’t allow our team to carry over holidays. Not because we think it’s a bad idea, but because we already offer generous time off policies, along with our nine-day fortnight. So it makes sense for us to encourage everyone to take their full allowance within the year. If they don’t, they’ll lose the days off. Since our holiday year aligns with the financial year, we’re reminding our team to use their remaining leave this month (though our software helps by giving us a nudge and flagging who hasn’t taken their leave).
