Employee Spotlight: Meet Heidi! ?? Heidi has a unique Charlie's story - she has worked for us TWICE! Heidi first joined the team in 2001 and spent four years with us and took a brief hiatus to hone her skills with Publix Supermarkets. She returned to the team at Charlie's in 2020 to make an impact for customers on a daily basis, citing her desire to be back with the "regulars" she came to know and love like family. ??? Outside of work Heidi is a true Floridian who loves the beach. ?? Her favorite item on the Charlie's menu? Our Italian Rum Cake - a recipe that has remain unchanged since we opened in 1971!
