Working alongside DLR Group, MEA Engineering Associates, Business Interiors, and Hitouch Business Services, our team executed a full interior fit-out, transforming the space into a dynamic and functional workplace. Charles Construction Company Inc is proud to announce the completion of the Rumble Boxing Studio at Arsenal Yards in Watertown, MA. This marks another successful project for us as we continue our commitment to delivering exceptional construction services. Spanning 3,200 square feet, our team at Charles Construction Company Inc performed the build-out of the gym space, lobby, restrooms, and utility closet. The gym layout is meticulously designed, with metal I-beam support structure for the water bags used in boxing routines, weight benches, free weights, a state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment all controlled from the center stage providing a high-octane 10-round high-intensity workout. Recognizing the importance of sound dampening for adjacent tenants, and hotel located directly above the studio, we implemented a rubber flooring system throughout the space, acoustical sealants, double layer Quiet Rock, and a free-floating isolation ceiling throughout to minimize vibrations and sound transmission. To enhance the ambiance of the studio, an advanced audio-visual system was integrated to provide specialty lighting, including black lighting, and music throughout the space.
