We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the transformation of Cath Lab #1 at Temple University’s Jeanes Campus. This project included the replacement of the existing diagnostic imaging equipment with the advanced Phillips Azurion 7 C 20 system, along with essential modifications for enhanced functionality. Key updates featured new finishes, a modern ceiling system, and overhead structural support for the new equipment. We improved patient flow with three new door sets in the east-west passages and added two new ambulatory entrances in the Patient Prep/Recovery area. The existing On-Call Room has been redefined as Equipment Area 227, expanding the Patient Prep/Recovery footprint while seamlessly integrating utility services. Our dedicated team ensured a smooth execution of this project, enhancing the clinical environment for optimal patient care. Sometimes the coolest projects are right in your neighborhood! On a gorgeous afternoon, CMA was given an insightful tour of Old First House by Paul Lindenmuth, head of Business Development for Domus Inc, the GC for this transformative project.?The five-story, 34-unit mixed-use supportive home at Old First UCC will provide not only permanent housing, but related social services for its residents.?The construction involved moving the Church’s historic house built in 1760 across the property, and as such our tour involved learning about the use of “horsehair plaster” (Google it!).
