We're hiring! Charles Law is expanding and looking to hire a Senior Associate/Counsel. This position may be for you if you: *have a passion for negotiating agreements and solving problems; *have spent the last seven years or more negotiating trading agreements, including ISDAs, MCAs, ACAs, MRAs, GMRAs, MSLAs, GMSLAs, MSFTAs, PBAs, CDAs, and Futures agreements at a law firm or in-house and received fantastic training; *have advised clients on the regulatory framework surrounding these agreements; *have trained and managed juniors and enjoyed doing so; *have a strong desire to help clients and understand the importance of service: *have excellent verbal and written communication skills; *can work well under pressure and manage your time efficiently; and *are a member in good standing of the NY bar.
