When Avia Chen and I were running our eCommerce subscription business, we kept profitability and self-sufficiency at the forefront and took the company from zero to eight figures in less than 30 months without raising capital or having self-funding, all from doubling on cashflow management. Listening to Yoni Elbaz (Loox) on the Startup for Startup podcast, sharing how he scaled his startup to multi-million dollar revenues without funding, really resonated with us. While finding the perfect formula is challenging, we remain committed to keeping the team motivated and aligned with our goals. This is the foundation. Success, in my opinion, isn’t about burning through millions faster - it’s about staying laser-focused on rapid growth with a profitable mindset and self-sufficiency, while deploying the right amount of capital in the right place at the right time. One of the major issues chargebacks are causing today, is cashflow instability - and we're improving that by responding faster to chargebacks, improving win-loss performance, and preventing PSPs' cash reserves by reducing payment risk.
