    A profit-first mindset has been our North Star since day one... When Avia Chen and I were running our eCommerce subscription business, we kept profitability and self-sufficiency at the forefront and took the company from zero to eight figures in less than 30 months without raising capital or having self-funding, all from doubling on cashflow management.
