Here are my simplified 5 steps for MSPs interested in getting into the AI business. (In order) 1. Adopt AI internally within the MSP to understand its capabilities. 2. Train your staff on AI principles and prompt engineering. 3. Assess risks of inaction by identifying unauthorized AI tool use within customer networks. 4. Position yourself as a thought leader in AI and engage with customers regularly on AI possibilities. 5. Demonstrate AI's value through strategic, incremental deployments focusing on accessible use cases. I do not recommend jumping to step 5 :)
