Last month, we met with Forrest Carter, National Director of the Black Supplier Development Program. I can't wait to share his story and the valuable insight he had to offer during our interview!

Exploring environments that create a safe space to live, love and be our authentic beautiful self
关于我们
THE DOCUMENTARY - The goal is to explore connections among individuals who may not have crossed paths otherwise, allowing viewers to experience what it’s like to engage with one another in a shared, safe space. Exposing people to what it feels like to be in an environment that encourages us to work together towards one common goal, often found in; sports, politics, unions, military, medicine, and music. This type of experience is usually only achieved by participating in or, in this case, letting people experience what that feels like through the stories of others - taking an inside look at the conversations and feelings surrounding these environments and what we can learn from them.

Filming a military segment for our docuseries where we will explore six environments that encourage cross-cultural interaction, foster mutual understanding and help to build a more inclusive and fair society. This week I was honored to interview John Popelka, a retired Master Sergeant from the Army National Guard. So much to learn from his story of breaking the cycle of generational racism in his family through his military life experiences, education and exposure. Please visit The National Veterans Memorial and Museum if you have not done so already. They were gracious enough to let me use their space to capture John's story. I had the privilege of filming at The National Veterans Memorial and Museum in Columbus, OH this week for our upcoming 6-part docuseries. If you have not visited, you should! The entire experience is carefully orchestrated as you walk through the journey taken by so many brave heroes. You get to feel, hear and visualize each of their stories. ??
