Changing the Conversation for Progress

What is there to say after such a heartbreaking result. We knew this was a possibility. Still, the reality is hard to accept. What do we say to our children? What do we say to and do with ourselves? We may want to scream, to cry, to sit in silence. We may need to take a pause to regroup. The best we can offer now is to hold on to the love you have, and the people you love. We can keep putting our love to use. We are going to be here fighting for democracy and we will continue to put that love to action.

We know there are a lot of feelings about this election. But right now, there are two feelings that come to our mind: pride and gratitude. We are proud and grateful to be working together with all of you. Before all the votes are counted, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you for everything you’ve done this year, and in years leading up to it, to get us to this point in our work to stop Trump and Trumpism in their tracks. No matter what happens this week, our work will continue!
