Building fundraising capacity in service of social good

ChangeRaisers is a cohort-based learning lab for community-based nonprofit organizations' executive leaders, key Board members and all levels of fundraising staff. Founded by seasoned fundraiser and strategic planning coach Laura Ferretti, MBA and nonprofit founder Amita Swadhin, MPA, ChangeRaisers includes three-month and six-month offerings. We seek to: * Create a thriving culture of fundraising within community-based organizations by sharing learnings across departments and staff members; * Decrease the high rate of turnover among fundraising professionals by both equipping them with actionable tools and strategies they need to take their organization's fundraising results to the next level, and by reducing their isolation and overwhelm through an ongoing community of peer support; and * Deepen relationships between community-based organizations, encouraging collaboration, co-learning and resource sharing with regard to fundraising.
