We are saddened to share the passing of Victor Hardy, a deeply respected community leader and minister at Congregational Church of the Valley. For over 20 years, Victor poured his heart into Chandler—uplifting others, advocating for equity, and helping shape a stronger, more connected city. He organized the first-ever Chandler Men of Action banquet and was honored with the MLK Achievement Award in 2023. His legacy of service, compassion, and community impact will not be forgotten. Our thoughts are with his loved ones during this time.
