Chandler expands on both coasts! Chandler is proud to announce the addition of two new senior-level employees to our rapidly growing team. Victor Shin, EMBA has been hired as a Senior Relationship Manager in the Northern California region. He brings more than 25 years of experience building relationships with government finance officers throughout California, and he is hitting the ground running to introduce prospects to our services. Victor is not only a familiar face within the government finance space; he is also a steward of the broader business community. He currently serves as President and Chairman of the Board of the Asian Business League of San Francisco, a Senior Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behavior and Management Leadership at Golden Gate University, Associate Vice Chair of the California Association of County Treasurers and Tax Collectors (CACTTC), and as a committee member for the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers (CSMFO). Scott Stitcher, CFA, CMFC joins us on the other coast as a Senior Portfolio Strategist for our clients in the Southeast. Scott also has committed more than 25 years to the industry, most recently serving for more than 13 years as a director at PFM Asset Management (PFMAM), a division of U.S. Bancorp Asset Management, Inc. Scott will provide a broad range of investment advisory and consulting services, including developing investment strategies, modeling cash flows, reviewing portfolio performance, and creating investment policies for operating, reserve, bond proceed and multi-asset class portfolios. His credentials include the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation as well as the Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) designation from the College for Financial Planning.
