Quartz Properties held our Belle Meadow Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening last week! It was an epic celebration with Champion Home Builders, Inc.. and I loved every minute! There's nothing more exciting than seeing so much hard work by so many dedicated team members, partners and trusted contractors come to fruition in the form of a beautiful new community. I get such a thrill walking the site and remembering that just a short time ago it was an empty field filled with truckloads of used tires, a few crumbling trailers, and a half buried school bus. Now, it's a gorgeous community with mountain views that will become home to 90 families. These are the days when I truly love my job and feel so fortunate that all of our efforts are delivering something positive into our world.? This project highlights the power of modular construction. Belle Meadow, a 90-unit rental community of gorgeous 3- and 4-bedroom homes, will welcome tenants just seven months after setting our first home in February. In just 12 months from starting foundations, the entire project will be complete. Thanks to modular construction, we’re able to compete with production builders on cost and efficiency while delivering high-quality, affordably priced homes to the market. On Sept. 19, Champion Homes had the privilege of partnering with the Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity and Councilman?Mike Polensek for the groundbreaking ceremony of Habitat’s 10 modular homes in the North Shore Collinwood neighborhood. This initiative serves to provide affordable, single-family homes in the Cleveland area. “We are thrilled to support the vision of Habitat and the City of Cleveland.
