Bruce Klingman, President of Wood-Wilson Company, Inc and Bruce Sams, Principal of Champion Commercial Insurance, LLC merged their agencies effective April 1, 2023.?This merger reaffirms the commitment to remaining independent of the private equity aggregators that have acquired many agencies in the DFW area and across the state of Texas.?This merger also reaffirms the internal perpetuation model to assure our customers of the continuity of not only our business but of our employees for the future.?To further affirm this commitment both Bruce’s have children working for the agency. The merged agency operates as Champion Commercial Insurance Agency, LLC. Legacy Wood-Wilson Company, a division of Champion Commercial Insurance LLC is branded as a division of Champion Commercial Insurance, LLC. Both Bruce’s serve as Principals of Champion Commercial Insurance. Along with the merger, Champion Commercial joined the Insurors Group, the oldest association of independent insurance agents in Texas, in the 4th quarter of 2023. With all these changes, Champion Commercial has invested heavily in our employees and customers, through technology and the expansion of staff.?In our newly merged agency, we seek to leverage our relationships with our company partners, access a greater array of resources providing an enhanced customer experience, while growing organically.
