The Chamber is here to help your company stay in compliance for 2025. Consider purchasing a 2025 labor poster through the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce. Fines for faulty labor practices can reach up to $1500 per offense, a high price to pay for saving space on the break room bulletin board. These posters detail appropriate workplace practices, employee resources, and proper emergency protocols. This information is required at every workplace and best displayed in break rooms or public spaces. Posters are available for pre-order now. Purchased posters are expected to be available for pick-up at the Chamber office in January 2025. Members will be contacted when the signs are available for pick-up. Thank you BankChampaign NA for supporting this important community initiative. Companies that actively encourage volunteerism and allow employees to volunteer during work hours are businesses invested in their communities and statistically they have better employee retention. Thank you to all of our iRead iCount volunteers and to BankChampaign's leadership for engaging your employees in the community. One hour a week can change the trajectory of a child's future. #buildingourworkforce #literacy #mathcompetencies #workforcedevelopment #communityengagement #volunteerism #makeadifference
Over the past two years, BankChampaign staff have been volunteering with the iRead iCount program, through the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce. Justin Burrell, Zack Flynn, Heather Stafford, Amie Smith, and Cary Steinman have all volunteered – and we are pleased to give our employees time to do this during their regular work day. We want to thank our incredible employees for their commitment to our community! Learn more about the iRead iCount program: https://lnkd.in/gky_fpK5
