??Introducing Sophia DiCaro — the Executive Director of the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget and a Senior Advisor to Governor Spencer J. Cox. She has extensive experience in public service and finance, including roles at The Cynosure Group, the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, and as a former state representative. ?? DiCaro has also taught public budgeting and finance as an adjunct instructor for the Master of Public Administration program at University of Utah for five years.
