Last week, we had the honor of recognizing Ellen Yin and 22 outstanding scholars at our annual Paradigm Award Luncheon. The Paradigm Award, presented during Women’s History Month, celebrates a businesswoman whose professional and personal achievements serve as a beacon of success. Ellen Yin's journey is a testament to the power of determination and community. From growing Fork into the culinary empire High Street Hospitality Group, she has uplifted countless individuals along the way. Her story inspires us all to rise together and support one another. In addition to celebrating Ellen, we proudly distributed over $110,000 in scholarships to women who are balancing full-time work with their undergraduate studies at Chamber member companies. Since the inception of this scholarship program, we have awarded 248 scholarships totaling $982,000. Together, we are building a future where women can achieve their dreams and make a lasting impact. Today, the Chamber honored Ellen Yin and awarded $110,000 in scholarships to working women at the annual Paradigm Award Luncheon. Each March, this event showcases the very best of what Greater Philadelphia has to offer. As the Paradigm Award honoree, Ellen provides excellence in the food scene as the founder and co-owner of High Street Hospitality Group and leads with compassion through the Sisterly Love Collective. The 22 working women who received the Paradigm Scholarship for Working Women demonstrate continual excellence in their own lives, the lives of their loved ones, and the communities they serve.
