?? DEI rollbacks are happening—Know your rights! ?? A recent executive order sought to terminate DEI-related grants and contracts and required federal contractors to certify they do not promote DEI. But a U.S. District Judge issued a preliminary injunction, ruling that parts of the order likely violate free speech rights. This means the government cannot enforce these provisions—yet. ?? While DEI policies are at risk, your legal rights remain intact: ?? FMLA – 12 weeks of job-protected (unpaid) leave ?? PWFA – Pregnancy & postpartum accommodations required ?? PDA – Illegal to fire or discriminate against pregnant employees ?? PUMP Act – Right to pump at work in a private space (not a bathroom) ?? Equal Pay Act – Moms must be paid equally for equal work ?? ACA – Insurance must cover maternity care & breast pumps Daphne Delvaux?provides resources & legal guidance through The Liberated Mothers Society to help moms navigate their rights. With this acquisition, we’re poised to enhance our advocacy, strengthen grassroots connections, and create even more opportunities to engage with moms nationwide.
