According to EUDR’s Article 10, Regulators want to know if enterprises have a system to document their risk assessments and can demonstrate a connection of relevant products to the land where the product was made. Operators and Organizations must: ?? Verify and analyze information collected in accordance with Article 9. ?? Carry out a risk assessment to determine if there's a risk that products are non-compliant with EUDR requirements. ??Evaluate difficulties in connecting relevant products to the plot of land where the commodities were produced. ??Provide value chain mapping and details on the mapped value chain.
