Suresh Devaji Karbhal joined Chai Point as a Trainee Assistant in August 2015, beginning a journey of relentless ambition and perseverance. His dedication quickly led to a promotion to Assistant in April 2016, followed by Counter Assistant in November 2016, where he refined his operational expertise and customer service skills. ? By July 2017, he stepped into the role of Junior Partner, mentoring new team members and taking on greater responsibilities. His leadership continued to shine, leading to his promotion as Shift Partner in January 2020. In July 2022, he reached a new milestone—Senior Partner—where he continues to thrive. ? Rising through the ranks with sheer determination, Suresh has transformed every challenge into an opportunity. Beyond his own growth, he has mentored over 50 junior employees, shaping the future of Chai Point. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence have set a benchmark for operational quality and customer satisfaction. ? Today, as the leader of the Aeromall store, he ensures seamless operations and upholds the highest standards in every cup of chai served. The Chai Point Cricket Tournament 2025 opened with great pomp and show, with six energetic teams from?Chai Point Experience?and?Chai Point Everywhere?partners gearing up with the spirit of the game. With the sun shining on the ground and the teams prepared to give their best, we witnessed a blast of sixes, fours, and many more moments of fun for everyone participating in the event. The finals between the two teams of Chai Point Experience,?Blue Panthers?and?Invincible Bulls, were nothing short of a nail-biting thriller, wherein the Invincible Bulls lifted the rolling trophy as the winners of CPCT 2025. A great show by all the teams - Corporate Tigers, BoxC Kings, Appu Brigade, Warehouse Warriors, and our finalists, Blue Panthers and Invincible Bulls. The teams displayed the spirit of camaraderie, sportsmanship, and a genuine zeal for winning across all matches. A big thanks to everyone for assisting in organizing and executing the event. In 2024, she took on Eco World, where she played a key role in elevating store operations, bringing it to its highest revenue within just four months while managing 500+ daily bill cuts. Having overseen three outlets, she has consistently driven excellence, ensuring seamless operations and top-tier customer experiences. Shilpa’s success is more than just career progression—it’s about setting new benchmarks and inspiring those around her. Krishna's journey at Chai Point began in 2016 in retail operations, where his exceptional performance earned him his first promotion within a year. His path took an exciting turn when he transitioned from retail to VaaS as a BoxC Partner L2, discovering his talent for managing large-scale client solutions. Today, as Senior Executive in the Command Centre, Krishna's impact spans across 113 sites and 140 brewing bots. His leadership extends beyond operations—he has trained 28 Chai Point employees and over 250 client staff, while managing Zepto site movements and bot relocations in Jaipur and Kolkata. Beyond numbers, Krishna's ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth through valuable sales leads showcases his commitment to excellence.
