1376 Campus Road, Elizabethtown, PA ? Construction Update: We are excited to announce significant progress at our 1376 Campus Road site. Thus far there has been over 30,000 cubic yards of rock blasting/drilling and 270,000 cubic yards of dirt moved. This effort has resulted in all Phase 1 lots being on grade! The newly constructed roundabout opens this Friday, October 4th, which is a huge milestone as it took the collaborative effort of many to implement road closures, relocate electrical poles, earthwork, asphalt, and many other various challenges.??The site is rapidly transforming in preparation for 209 single family homes and 280 apartments. LET'S PLAY BALL AT THIS MUNICIPAL COMPLEX! Congratulations to Lower Saucon Township on the completion of their new 60'-90' baseball field in Northampton County, PA. The field features two (2) 13' wide x 33' dugouts with elevated bleacher seating above each. Five (5) exterior lights and three (3) vapor-tight lights are on each dugout. Architectural Polymers #943 simulated dry-stack stone form liner creates the texture on the bottom 4', while #518 smooth ship lap completes the upper section. A two-story 13' x 33' press box compliments the field with eight (8) sliding vinyl windows on the upper level. Access to the public address announcer's desk is via an 8' x 8' stair tower with a 66" diameter spiral metal staircase. Three (3) 8' wide x 7' high Raynor overhead doors on the rear, are operated with Liftmaster chain-drive operators to provide storage of landscape equipment needed to maintain this natural grass field. A 400-amp panel provides electric to the eight (8) exterior lights, four (4) ceiling fans, and numerous duplex receptacles and non-vandal lights inside. The exterior textures and colors mimic the adjacent dugouts.
