156 W Harrisburg Avenue, Elizabethtown, PA Exciting progress on our dedicated access drive at 156 W Harrisburg. The new drive creates opportunity to showcase custom signage, potential for guard station, and potential to add up to 62 additional trailer parking spots. It will also allow easier access to the new industrial building measuring 392,040 square feet, with the option to demise up to +/- 200,000 square feet.?Conveniently located just 1.7 miles from Route 283 and only 16 miles from all major parcel hubs, this site is perfectly situated for easy access. Some of the features of this building include 6000 amps of power, 10 forklift chargers ready for immediate use, 50 loading docks (26 of which are fully equipped) with the potential for up to 70 loading docks, and up to 139 trailer parking spots with over 3 acres of outdoor storage space. Last week, key members from Eastern University and Senator Amanda Cappelletti joined the Warfel team to tour the job site of our Eastern University Bridge project, a state-funded initiative under the RACP program. This project includes the construction of two bridges that will create a roadway, providing additional access to the university’s gymnasium and improving overall traffic flow through campus. The first bridge is complete, and work on the second is underway, with completion expected in January. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this tour! 1376 Campus Road, Elizabethtown, PA ? Construction Update: We are excited to announce significant progress at our 1376 Campus Road site. Thus far there has been over 30,000 cubic yards of rock blasting/drilling and 270,000 cubic yards of dirt moved. This effort has resulted in all Phase 1 lots being on grade! The newly constructed roundabout opens this Friday, October 4th, which is a huge milestone as it took the collaborative effort of many to implement road closures, relocate electrical poles, earthwork, asphalt, and many other various challenges.??The site is rapidly transforming in preparation for 209 single family homes and 280 apartments. The teamwork allowed us to safely deliver on our Promise!
Radnor Township PA is home to many historic buildings and properties. One of which is Eastern University. In a quest to contain university traffic to less residential areas of the campus our new customer CH+N Site Construction, Inc. placed a Oldcastle Infrastructure culvert in conjunction with a new access road. Delivery of large precast to a entrance of century old architecture was no small task. Warfel Construction Company helped coordinate the multiple obstacles. Together all product was installed without issue. We welcome Brent Pickell, P.E., M.B.A. to his new home at CH+N and hope his long standing relationship with the Telford team continues on. #boxculvert #CRH #precast #logistics
