October 14-18, 2024 is Construction Inclusion Week! This annual, industry-wide awareness effort aims to create collective safe spaces for difficult conversations, provide educational insights, and to foster a more inclusive construction industry. As we discussed last month, the suicide rates in our industry remain statistically high. One way to combat the suffering of our peers is to make sure each person feels welcome to be their best and perform their best. Ostracizing others only separates us and leaves individuals suffering, as well as our community's health and achievements at large. On the last day of this important week in our industry, take a few moments to dive into practical content and actionable resources compiled by experts in construction ? https://bit.ly/3SglQgK
