Founded in 1981, CFMA is the only organization dedicated to bringing together construction financial professionals and those partners serving their unique needs. CFMA serves more than 8,600 members via 98 chapters located throughout the US and Canada. There are two types of CFMA members: CFMA General Members represent all types of contractors, including generals and subcontractors as well as developers, construction managers, architects, engineers, principals and material and equipment suppliers. General Member Dues for the current membership year are $355, plus any local chapter dues where applicable. CFMA Associate Members are those serving the construction industry, such as public accountants, sureties, bankers, insurance agents/brokers and carriers, consultants and other service providers. Associate Member Dues for the current membership year are $455, plus any local chapter dues where applicable. CFMA’s member year runs from April 1-March 31 of the following year. Annual national dues of $355 for general members and $455 for associate members are assessed on a pro-rated scale from May – September 15 depending upon which month the member joins the organization. Members joining from September 16 through April are assessed full annual dues. Chapters dues, where applicable, are also assessed on a pro-rated scale per the schedule above.
