关于我们
Central Florida Behavioral Health Network, Inc. (CFBHN) is a not for profit 501 (c ) (3) community services network incorporated in 1997. While starting as a collaboration of substance abuse providers in Hillsborough County, CFBHN has moved into whole health and wellness services. On Tuesday, October 22, Alan Davidson, MA, LMHC, President & CEO of Central Florida Behavioral Health Network, spoke at the ribbon cutting for the new location of Victory High School in Tampa Bay. The program was started in 2021 by Tina Miller, and is the 3rd?location to open, after the locations in Pasco and Pinellas Counties. The school helps students who have suffered from substance misuse and/or mental health issues to not only recover but to make sure they get and stay sober while providing them with counseling services and a family atmosphere. Students also spoke at the event and shared how they felt hopeless, lost motivation to go to school and some even shared they thought they wouldn’t live this long before coming to Victory. Since inception of the school, eight students have graduated with one achieving a 4.11 GPA. The recovery rate is 98%, attendance is 96% and they have received over 780 hours of caregiver support for the entire family. ? This is the first sober school in Tampa. Victory High School is a non-profit, private school for students aged 14-19 with substance misuse or co-occurring disorders.
