Bailey Feldman’s Fount + Flourish, a women’s community & co-working space in Annapolis, was built on collaboration and giving back. From donation-based events to raising funds for CFAAC’s Women and Girls Fund, Bailey’s journey came full circle when she joined the grants committee to directly impact local organizations. It’s a powerful reminder: giving isn’t just about money—it’s about the act of giving. Read more: https://bit.ly/3YQtfbY #Empowerment #GivingBack #CommunityImpact #FountAndFlourish #CFAAC

关于我们
The mission of the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County (CFAAC) is to inspire and promote giving in Anne Arundel County by connecting people who care with causes that matter. CFAAC is a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3), publicly supported philanthropic organization with the long term goal of building permanent funds that provide support to local nonprofit organizations through grants and special projects. Established in 1998, CFAAC is one of the largest funders of nonprofit organizations in Anne Arundel County. CFAAC distributes nearly $2.3 million in grants each year to a variety of nonprofit organizations. With support from local donors, we have created a permanent endowment whose earnings will be used to reinvest in the community year after year. As the endowment grows, so will our ability to provide support for community projects that need our attention. We are committed to increasing access to high-quality capacity building training for nonprofit professionals to ensure more effective and efficient nonprofits in the county. Through our community needs assessment 'Poverty Amidst Plenty VI: On the Road to Progress For All' we are helping to create awareness about the issues in Anne Arundel County that impact the economy and quality of life. We monitor all areas of community need—including human services, education, the environment, healthcare, the arts, and economic development.

Navigating Multiple Charitable Strategies for Ultra-High Net Worth Families Charitable giving is always an important strategy to discuss with your clients. Many high-net worth individuals are philanthropic, of course, and charitable gifts reduce taxable income and avoid estate taxes. Charitable giving strategies are particularly relevant as you and your clients address the possibility of increases in income and capital gains taxes for high earners as well as increased estate taxes due to the looming exemption sunset.
