Call for Charterholder Volunteers for Research Challenge 2025 We are pleased to announce that we have received more team registrations than anticipated for this year’s CFA Research Challenge. As a result, we are in need of additional industry mentors to support our teams! For those unfamiliar with the challenge, student groups of 3 to 5 from local universities are tasked with preparing a research report on a subject company; this year for our region it is Victoria's Secret.?If you are a Charterholder and have experience in or a strong understanding of the retail industry AND are willing to volunteer a few hours of your time as a mentor, please contact Jonah Sandler, Education Chair, [email protected].

Eric's presentation title is "A Quantitative Approach to Long-term Fundamentals-based Investing." Eric will discuss the evolution of Bancreek’s unique public market investing strategy and share his views on how quantitative methods can be leveraged to enhance the investment process for long-term equity investors. CFA Society Dayton is calling on members who wish to be candidates for openings on our 2024/2025 leadership board. Board members volunteer to serve a two-year term.?Each year, half of the board positions rotate. This year's open positions are Vice-president, Treasurer, Education Chair, and Membership Chair.
