For thirty-five years, CESO has combined creativity with technical know-how to provide end-to-end solutions to solve our clients’ unique challenges and opportunities. We continue to grow in each of our 14 offices across the country, offering a wide range of services that help us serve our clients and achieve their vision. As your needs evolve, so too will our partnership. Our strength is in collaborative relationships. When CESO was founded in 1987, a small team had a vision of providing civil engineering and survey services to businesses and municipalities in Dayton, Ohio, and the surrounding area. Today, CESO is a comprehensive firm offering multi-disciplinary capabilities through our ability to provide surveying, landscape architecture, civil engineering, environmental, architecture, and interior services to our clients. Our combined experience, expertise, and strong relationships allow CESO to excel at creating experiences that drive business results.

CESO was nominated by our Development Team for their dedication to partnering with Redwood to streamline the civil engineering process for new Redwood Neighborhoods. "The CESO engineering team consistently Delivers More Than Expected. They go above and beyond on our engineering designs, are always willing to help with municipal/city issues, and overall are great team players! I can always count on them to respond, get involved and face issues alongside us. Last year, we redesigned our ToK process. Not only did CESO welcome this change with optimism, but they also went out of their way to sit down with the Development Team prior to ToK 2 to complete a Civil Page Flip to confirm we were all on the same page and in agreement with the progress of our projects prior to 1st Civil Submittal. This level of vulnerability has allowed us to create a better product and open the lines of communication in our SW Ohio market. Great job, CESO!"     CESO had the opportunity to collaborate with Al. Neyer on a large-scale industrial project in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Totaling 26.5 acres and housing two industrial warehouses equaling 225,200 SF, this development on the Louisville Highway was a notable success for our civil engineering and survey teams.     We are thrilled to welcome Lucas Klausner to #TeamCESO as a Project Manager in our Nashville, TN office. Luke brings eight years of civil engineering experience and a dynamic attitude to the team. His local knowledge will be invaluable in expanding our Tennessee presence and will grow the depth of our Nashville team. The addition of Luke will position us to deliver even better results on local projects due to his understanding of Middle Tennessee jurisdictions.
