In this recent CESA 8 produced video, we dive into the incredible journey of students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and how youth apprenticeship programs provide transformative opportunities for success! ?? Learning comes in many forms, and for some students, hands-on experiences are the key to unlocking their potential. Here’s what we learned: ? ?????????????????? ??????????????????, ???????????? ??????????????????: Corbin shares how he thrives in an engaging, hands-on environment despite having ADHD. ? ???????????????? ??????????????????????????: Ryan discusses how youth apprenticeships help him express his talents, stepping out of his comfort zone as someone on the autism spectrum. ? ????????-?????????? ????????????: Brady emphasizes the importance of gaining real work experience to develop a strong work ethic while managing anxiety. These students remind us that just because you learn differently doesn't mean you don't have abilities! ?? With the right guidance and support, they can shine in any workplace.
