So if you missed the announcement yesterday, Ann Slotwinski is trying her hand at retirement...again! We had our final call with Ann at the helm yesterday and it was a bittersweet moment for all of us! We would love to share some of her words to The Cerrado Group members: I am going to miss having a purpose that I really believe in every day. ? I will miss facilitating our meetings where we share ideas and have such lively discussions. ? I will also miss working for a group which can make a decision quicky and then just act on it. ? I’ll miss the collegiality, the thoughtfulness, the creativity, the intelligence and the laughs. I will miss all of you who I had the chance to work with and get to know so much better and create friendships. Having Ann at the start of this amazing organization is something none of us will ever forget and can never be taken away from her! It was truly a dream for all of us! Thank you Ann for all you have done to help this organization and we will make you proud as we continue to move forward! ??

Big news at The Cerrado Group today! Ann Slotwinski retires and Theresa Conti, QKA, APR, ERPA, CPFA takes over as Executive Director! Ann came to the group as its first Executive Director, right out of her retirement from a long and successful career at John Hancock and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the organization. At the same time, The Cerrado Group is excited to announce that industry veteran and Cerrado Group Founding member Theresa Conti will be re-joining the group as its new Executive Director.
