Cerebri AIQ: Automated Data Engineering & AI Platform Driving Best-in-Class Corporate Travel Program Analytics

Business travel is back and exceeding $1.4 trillion this year. Spending levels for many companies exceed 2019 highs. Priorities remain the same: Value for money - Dynamic pricing on bookings and contract negotiations, CO2 emission fees and taxes, ever-changing contracting opportunities with preferred vendors, the travel landscape is more dynamic than ever. Policy compliance - BCD's May 2024 survey indicated 90% of travelers are aware of their company's travel policies, yet 2/3 of book outside of policy. Duty of Care - High booking levels outside of policy make tracking duty of care harder than ever. Cerebri AIQ is a near real-time analytics platform that tracks every dollar, euro, etc., spent by travelers in a travel program. ?The tremendous reception we experienced at GBTA Atlanta tells us travel managers are fed up with lousy travel data & analytics that don't add up. Cerebri AIQ can QA, reconcile, and consolidate travel data globally in near real-time.?We use AI throughout our automated data curation process and deliver best-in-class metrics and analytics using both traditional and new AI-based methods. We look forward to engaging with travel managers who want insights into improving their travel programs, and who want better data for their RFP and contract negotiations. #corporatetravel

Cerebri AIQ: Automated Data Engineering & AI Platform Driving Best-in-Class Corporate Travel Program Analytics

Gearing up for GBTA in July in Atlanta. Should be a great show as corporate travel is booming. The only downside is travel prices have never been higher, so our focus at the biggest corporate travel show of the year will be on NDC & Cost Reductions. How can data engineering & analytics help travel managers bend the curve on prices? We will also be hosting the 8th webinar in our series on Travel & Meetings during the show. This will be a hands-on webinar using Cerebri AIQ to drive cost reductions by better managing and utilizing travel, meetings & expense data. Drilling through 16 dimensions of travel data has never been easier! Details to follow. See you at Booth 1931.

Managed Travel and CO2 Emissions - The Next 24 Months. Register here: https://lnkd.in/giTsS67j I'm excited about this educational webinar on June 6th that has a panel of experts discuss the status, challenges and plans regarding CO2 emissions in Managed Travel. You can register now too! The pressure to reduce CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions has never been greater. The current regulatory environment globally expects everyone to move to NetZero by 2050. The travel industry, in particular, is extremely vulnerable to seeing the cost of travel escalate due to new fees and an increasing regulatory burden. What’s the problem with travel in reducing CO2 emissions, especially in air travel??Jet fuel is a wonder product with a super attractive weight-to-power ratio. It can deliver 14x more power than current battery technology for the same weight. And the longer you fly, the more fuel you burn. CO2 emissions from air travel account for 70% to 90% of emissions for an average business trip. The increased cost of travel will come from governments mandating the use of SAF which is currently 2-4x more expensive than jet fuel.?Fees are being added to heavily taxed airfares, with Singapore recently adding fees for sustainable aviation fuels. In the European Union, airlines are expected to pay up to $3 billion in allowances under the EU-ETS system for flights within the EU as they lose their free ETS allowances over the next 24 months. Our powerful panel will address what national governments are doing in terms of domestic aviation, the impact of ICAO’s CORSIA program on international flights, and how the industry is reacting to these events. Moderator: Delphine Millot, GBTA, SVP Sustainability Panelist: Jenny Sabineu, Salesforce, Senior Manager, Travel & Sustainability - EMEA/LATAM Panelist: Colleen Kearney, RTX, Global Travel Corporate Leader Panelist: Jean Belanger, Founder & CEO, Cerebri AI Register now for this June 6th educational webinar: https://lnkd.in/giTsS67j Jenny Sabineu Delphine Millot Mike Daly Colleen Kearney Jean Belanger #gbta #CO2 #sustainability #corporatetravel

IATA forecasts that 4.7 billion people will take to the air in 2024. The pandemic is over. The airlines are expected to generate $23.3 billion in profit. When you translate this, it works out to roughly $5.00 / passenger - not enough to buy Big Mac at McDonald's. No wonder airlines are trying to increase margins. One way to increase profits is to adopt more modern technology as fast as practical. One surefire place to start is in replacing the 40-year-old tech stack used to supply business travelers with airfares and related content. Replacing EDIFACT with NDC is being pushed hard by American Airlines and others. Managed travel programs have to adapt, the die is cast. Now what? Instead of looking at the problems NDC is causing in the short term, our super panel will look into the future to assess where they think this will all land. At stake is a very substantial portion of the $1.4 trillion business is expected to spend on business travel & meetings in 2024. Join Moderator Mike Daly, SVP Sales, Serko and GBTA Board of Directors member, along with the following panelists: Jennifer Steinke, PMP, MBA, GTP; Director, Travel, Meetings and Fleet, Moderna Mark Ziegler; Senior Travel Manager, NetApp Jean Belanger; Co-founder & CEO, Cerebri AI Register Here: https://lnkd.in/eh5G_-bz

What is travel program leakage? Usually, it is considered leakage when air, hotel, and ground bookings are not made with the company's TMC. In this webinar, we will first touch briefly on the importance of QA’ing, reconciling, and consolidating data from all your card, expense, travel & meeting vendors, then transforming these data sources into financial statement quality datasets. Only in this way, can the right decisions be made faster, and with confidence that the data being considered is a complete and holistic view of the travel program. This will make the CFO's office and procurement happy with these datasets for the first time. Then we will consider a?more expansive view of travel program leakage?that includes both business travel & meeting spending. Our broader view of travel program leakage can lead to identifying substantial savings if properly tracked and rectified as we will discuss in this webinar. We will especially focus on new and emerging trends, how to deal with UBER, NDC fares, etc. Moderator: Steve Harter, CTO, Cerebri AI Panelist: Maryellen Yeager, GTP, CCTE, GLP, Corporate Travel Manager, IGT Panelist: Jennifer Legittino, Global Travel & Expense Manager, Enerpac Tool Group Register Here: https://lnkd.in/eYg-Be-s
